THE HOUSE AND ANNEXE

All rates are per week for up to 10 people and include gas, electricity, welcome basket, first and last cleaning, gardener and pool maintainance .

Low Season January 4th - May 22nd, September 26th - December 18th

Mid Season May 23rd- June 26th, September 5th - September 25th

High Season June 27th- September 4th

2009

Low Season January 5th - April 9th, April 24th - May 21st, September 26th -                 December 31st

Mid Season  May 22nd - June 25th, September 4th - September 25th

High Season June 29th - September 6th

Christmas December 19th 2008- January 4th 2009

Easter  April 10th 2009 - April 24th 2009

Availability

NB Change over day is usually FRIDAY

Short Breaks by arrangement

Rent may be paid in Euros at a rate agreed at the time of booking

Credit cards are accepted with a 2% surcharge.

A deposit of €750 Euros (£500 UK) is required at time of booking confirmation.

Deposit (breakage/telephone/heating) 200 euros payable on arrival.
 
Discounts are available for late booking, small groups and returning clients.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS
 
Cleaning, cooking, cooking lessons, a first meal and babysitting may be booked in advance, and are payable locally.
